Good food and Great staff. Did temperature check and provide hand sanitizer upon arrival. Ate outside where there was plenty of open air seating even had a heater at the table.

Make reservations! Fabulous French Food! Lovely setting with a warm fireplace! We ordered the fromage plate, the pork chop & broiled chicken...all were delicious! Attentive staff!

The food was pretty good but the service was horrible we spent 400 dollars and not even 5 minutes after we paid the bill they asked us to leave they said they needed this table we were not even done with our coffee and drinks that we just paid for we were planning on leaving within 10 to 15 minutes the most but they got very rude and asked us to leave immediately because they had people waiting for the table, we never experienced anything like this ever especially after spending 400 plus dollars that's no way to treat customers we will never return and we will tell others what had happened to us, PS I've never heard of a restaurant charging 2 just for a couple pieces of bread that was strange too.. we were there minutes early and they said we were late we were there at 4: 54, our reservation was for 5:00 they do not know how to tell time nor do they know how to treat customers , save your money...

What a wonderful discovery this restaurant turned out to be! The food was simply exceptional. One of the finest French restaurants I have had the privilege to dine at. Some may well disagree, but I genuinely feel a Michelin Star wouldn't be out of place here. I've dined at a few over the years so it's by no means a throw away comment. The food as I have already said was exceptional. Not only a fest for the eyes, but also for your hungry belly too. Even the charcuterie board was a cut above many others enjoyed in the past. The daily special soup (asparagus with roasted almonds) was an utter delight hovering between a savoury starter & almost a sweet dessert. Sounds out of place, it wasn't in the slightest. My hanger steak was cooked exactly how a hanger steak should be & my wife's stuffed chicken breast was the epitome of perfection. Then there was the desserts! Oh my what a joy to have sampled this food. The staff were on par with the food. From the joyful welcome, including a temperature check (MASSIVE points won here), to being checked in on just the right amount; so refreshing. The owner also popped by twice (we enjoy being at our table for a few hours) and was as you expect, a very charming Frenchman. He can rightly be very proud of what he and his team have achieved at Brasserie Provence. I can safely say we will be back again soon & not just because we joined their rewards program. This is some of the very best food (and service) in Louisville. Well done team! Keep up the brilliant work.

I loved the French onion soup. I came to the restaurant to specifically try it. I enjoyed it. Nice outdoor patio. Recommend ️
