I call this morning for just a balance inquiry, and the representative Kayla was very rude, every question I had came back with an attitude. I can’t wait to finish my payments to never work with this company.

Well, the lady that answered the phone was nice. After that, I was transferred to the rudest person I have talked to in years. I noticed on my credit report that I owed a small amount. I wanted take care of it, so I called to do so. Everytime I asked the lady that processes payments a question, she was so freaking rude. If I didn't care about my credit score i would have hung up on her. Businesses do not need people representing them to act like this. After we were done processing my payment she straight hung up on me. So, I guess she feels better about herself now! I'm glad I could help.
The poorest customer service I ever heard and Brandy Barnes who claims to be the supervisor trying to collect on a zero balance . The person who gave 5 stars must work for them.
WOW...all I can say is WOW! I have been in customer service a lot of my life, and this company needs assistance on how to train their employees. The reviews speak volumes, if you are looking to retrieve anything from a customer...you are going about it the wrong way! I can only imagine what your close ratio is! OUCH!
