Great customer service. Gentlemen was willing to stay over for me to pick up topsoil, even though it wasn't necessary. I won't go anywhere else as a homeowner. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is great.

We looked around for weeks trying to find a company that had the rock we wanted at a price we could afford. We finally found The Mulch Company! We traveled 40 minutes out of our way to come view the merchandise here and were NOT disappointed. To top it off, the lady there was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! So glad we came and thrilled with our purchase!
They have false advertising in their pictures and are very disrespectful to their customers.
Called about topsoil. Was quoted 27 a scoop and the max they could haul was 8 scoops per load. I knew the size of their truck so I was good with that price for a full truck load. After a 40 delivery fee they showed up with about a THIRD of a truck load worth of dirt. They said they are capped by weight, not capacity. They don't bother to tell you the \scoop\ is a bobcat size scoop, not a frontloader scoop, despite the frontloader they have sitting near the dirt area. So 270 later and I have probably a quarter of the dirt I need. I will not be returning and advise anyone else to be very clear about how much you are actually paying for.
