The people who work here are the most essential of the essential workforce. TRSA certified hygienically clean. Defending everyone from more than just COVID-19 before and during the Pandemic by providing clean linen goods to hospitals, Doctor's offices, restaurants, hotels, or anywhere you may find linen products. Facilities such as these that keeps things people come in contact with every day clean and virus free must have awesome maintenance technicians to keep it all running smoothly.

Absolutely impossible to deal with. They get the orders wrong every single week, then refuse to fix the problem. Two weeks in a row now they have brought us the wrong thing, charged us for the wrong thing, and then say they will bring the correct thing but never do. We are told every time we call that Cori is the only one who can help us, and we are told every time that she's unavailable to talk to us. We have been unable to make complete sheet sets for two weeks now because they won't bring us what we ask for. At this point I am convinced they are a scam...we are under contract and have to meet minimum orders but they never bring us what we request. If you are a hotel and thinking about using their service, absolutely do NOT use them.
Be very careful when dealing with this group of people. They will short you product, send sub standard product, force substitutions, bill you for product not delivered, bill you for bogus/fictitious fees. There are many more reputable companies out there. If you give them a try, don't sign more than a 12 month agreement and make sure to have the auto renewal clause removed.
Unprofessional, unorganized, and don't accept responsibility or hold their drivers accountable for over or under stock of product. Glad to be rid of their services. Work life has been much easier without them.

Quality of tablecloths & napkins unacceptable. Customer service was great, but they could not fix the quality issues.
Very unprofessional and lots of miscellaneous charges that could not be explained.... they'll get you in a contract not uphold their end of the deal.. please check all receipts and invoices make sure they match with product you have and are getting.
