Jake is amazing, in a day and age when great businesses of integrity are few and far between, Jake is the real deal. He actually was able to diagnose my issue on the phone, order the part needed which arrived first thing the next morning and showed up promptly as promised and had me up and running within just a few minutes. Thank goodness, the temperature was in the single digits. Thanks Jake. I will definitely be calling again.

Jake is awesome! I had an electrical problem with my 5th wheel. He came the same day I called him, unbelievable in my experience in the RV world. The problem seemed to just go away when he checked everything out. Problem came back later in the evening. Called him up and first thing in the morning he came back and found the problem. I highly recommend him if you are in the area and have a problem. Thank you Jake.

Jake is the man! He was able to help me fix a furnace over the phone in less than 5 minutes when other people wanted to charge me 300 just to come out and didn't necessarily have parts available. I highly recommend Jake and Colorado Precision RV if you need any help getting your RV back up and running.
