We signed up for Dish network with Charles but were dissatisfied with his installer's original location of the satellite antenna on our home. I called Charles and told him of our disappointment, and he said not to worry, he would make it right - and he did! Within a few days Charles came to our home and personally relocated the antenna to a good location. He proved to be a true man of his word.
