Where to start?! AMAZING, WONDERFUL, KIND, LOVING, COMPASSIONATE, CARING, WHOLESOME, SAFE, HONEST.... I can go on and on about the journey I shared with Tressa and her beautiful energy. As we all know to be vulnerable with a stranger is hard, but not here. I have never felt so safe, relaxed and comfortable with any other Yoga Teacher or Reiki Master as I did with Tressa! Her ability to take the negative out and replace it with light will change your life forever! I HIGHLY recommend Lovingkindness Reiki & Yoga to anyone who has ever struggled with traditional yoga studios or someone who is just curious and has never had a safe place to ask!!! She is a gift to the Winston Salem Community!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Imagine yoga that begins from the heart and then moves into form, yoga that is grounded in love, and yoga that is gentle, adaptive, and listening to the body so that love finds its way into every part. That's the space that's held in this studio. That's the presence Tressa brings to class. Highly recommended!
