I highly recommend McKenney Chevrolet especially Holly and Keaton to anyone in the market! They made my car buying experience easy- YES EASY, and who can say car buying was easy? On speaking with 5 different Chevy dealerships, Holly treated me the absolute best and helped me get the best for my trade in and price for the new Tahoe! Keaton spent a lot of time explaining everything about the Tahoe to me, answered my questions based on all the new technology and options and just was an overall joy to work with!

I called to ask about a Buick Encore I had seen on their sales lot. I spoke to Holly and she introduced my husband and I to Christian Morgan. Christian let us test drive the Buick and a GMC Terrain. We finalized the deal for the Terrain on Friday 5/3/19. We are so pleased with the service we received from Christian and Robert and Holly. They are a GREAT team to work with! Christian went above and beyond for us and we think he's a GREAT guy to work with. Ask for Christian and tell him Ann & Gregg sent you!
The past 3 yrs or so I have had to have work done to my 2014 cruze...I hate going to dealership for work that needs to be done however they changed my view... I was having trouble with what turned out to be more than one issue however they did not break my pocket so to speak wonderful experience Thanks to Tommy for keeping me up to date and listening to me and making sure all issues were handled and stands by the work they do hopefully I can go a year without having to visit them again for work that is but definitely great overall experience Thank You for being so helpful and timely to me major work done quick but I'm no mechanic and my regular didnt have to stress or wear himself out to fix my car I so need...
I have never been disrespected and treated so poorly at a car dealership than I have this morning. About 6 months ago I test drove a truck and due to budget and the dealership not negotiating the price, I was unable to buy the truck. I ended up buying a truck from another dealership. I’m now looking to get a larger SUV due to family size increasing. I scheduled a test drive and when my wife and I arrived, I was met by Chris who was the same salesman as before. He wanted to “talk about some things”. He began to treat me as if I wasn’t worthy of a test drive and wanted to run my credit score first. He continued to pretty much interrogate me as to why I didn’t buy the truck from him, what had changed and that he didn’t want to allow a 40k dollar vehicle to be test drove by me. I was floored by this!!!!! This has to be the worst customer service I have ever seen. I hope that the rest of the dealership does not hold the same level of customer service that Chris showed me today!
I recently purchased a new truck from Chris Williams at McKenney Chevrolet. Chris was great to work with and I felt I was treated with respect and given a very fair deal. The car buying experience is not always pleasant, and can be very difficult depending on the sales person and the practices of the dealership--this was not the case at McKenney. I would certainly recommend working with Chris and the McKenney team.
