They took ALL DAY repairing the APU. It worked for a while, but broke again and I took my truck on a Saturday up to a shop in MO, and discovered that Transport Refrigeration put on the wrong manifold. It’s the completely wrong part. I lost that money that I paid them to do shabby work, 2 whole days with my family, and then had to pay a second shop to do the job correctly. Do not use Transport refrigeration. There is a shop right behind them called W&B Service; I’ll try them next time.

Had a flatbed put on my truck. Had a contract written up before I started in how much it would cost. They ended up putting on the wrong bed for my application and asked if they could charge me more for extra work they had to do. After I went in and paid they messed up on billing. I got a call 2 weeks later saying I owed more money. I love my CM Truck bed but should have gone to a more reputable installer and dealer. Could have saved a lot of money and time going elsewhere.
