We made an appointment and had Alex design a kitchen for us. She was WONDERFUL!! She was super easy to work with and was only interested in helping us with what we wanted. She did not push her ideas on us or try to talk us into what she wanted to sell. We are definitely going with them for our remodel.

John (told me to refer to him as the ‘bald guy in the paint department’ ) helped me and gave me his best advice for a number of projects I had questions about. John’s customer service skills were exceptional. He gave me his undivided attention and didn’t make me feel rushed or ‘pushy’ towards any given brand or product. John is amazing and this company is lucky to have him!

Well compared to WM it was a breeze to run on and get what i needed and check out and get to my car quickly since ALL THE DOORS ARE OPEN..(hear that WM??) No doors have been changed to emergency exit only doors. I was able to park where i wanted and was back in my car 12 minutes later.. I am rethinking my loyalty to WM....... The cashier was friendly and the store was clean and clutter free.. Take note WM... CLUTTER FREE AISLES!!!!! Wonderful shopping at Lowe's.
