Store is neat. Displaying sale items in the front is a good idea. Lots of products, decent pricing The only drawback is finding/waiting for an associate to help you Special install projects move very slowly. Correcting installment issues atr a significant problem You can take pics and email concerns to store personnel, but no one responds.

Store is neat and clean. Bought shelving for project and had trouble finding to someone to assist. Asked someone in a different department and was told to find someone in lawn and garden and walked away. Found someone and they didn't know how to use bolt cutters. Went to find crown molding and they were all mixed up. Pushed button, no one came. I did dig through only to see one I need out of stock

Pick up 1 item not ready after 2 hours. Count bring it to me even though it was 100 feet away !!! Had to cancel online order and go get the item myself. People at pick up desk could not tell me where the item was even though I had the aisle and bay number. No desire to solve this simple issue.
