I was expecting more from Lowe’s when I walked into the plumbing area along with everyone in Laredo. The aisle was disorganized, I never saw someone their helping and another customer ended up helping me. Especially in a time of need due to this horrific winter weather someone who knows the department should have been their helping those that need help or suggest other plumbing items to complete the job.

Place was clean and organized better than their orange counter part. What kept me from 5 stars is because not one worker offered to help. I had to track one down and even then he sent me to a certain aisle and said to look around for what I needed.

This place definitely needs better customer service. We have waited over 30 minutes in the door/window department. Have asked 3 personnel for assistance, with no luck. Finally went to the front desk and asked for a manager to assist us with our purchase. There are plenty of people working in this store, yet seems to me like no one wants to assist the customer. I have never had such bad customer service at other Lowe's stores.
