We were helped at the Pembroke, MA store by a very nice gentleman named Anthony Thomas. Anthony went above and beyond to help us obtain the Halloween themed products we were looking for. He was friendly, accommodating, and overall was a pleasure to interact with. We actually ended up purchasing more products than we originally intended thanks to his help. He was an absolute pleasure and made our experience at Lowe's fantastic. We really enjoyed our time in the store largely thanks to our interaction with him.

These guys have been working round the clock to make us happy during this quarantine. I do light duty contracting work on the side and I’ve seen first have what happen to a home improvement type store when people are stuck at home for months. When I head into the Lowe’s in Pembroke the staff is always willing to help. They helped me price out a job I was doing on the spot and even saved me some money. All in all this is the place for basic home improvement.

Been going here a lot lately, I feel like I'm shopping inside the Amazon of hardware stores. To me that's a great thing. Very well organized and clean with good sized lumber and outdoor garden sections. I had previously been a Home Depot guy buy I'm coming around. NFC Payments don't work yet so no Apple, android, or Samsung pay...
