I love shopping at Lowe’s for home improvement. My last two visits i ordered online and did store pickup. It took 8-10 minutes just for them to answer the phone both times. When they finally answered the customer service was great and i waited less than 5 minutes for my orders to be brought out to me. The young lady was very pleasant as well.

Do not order appliances from here!! Ordered a washer and dryer from here. After waiting two weeks, they finally delivered it. But when they got here, they forgot the accessories to connect them so they proceeded to leave the washer and dryer in my living room and told me to go to Lowe’s and get it, then hook up and install myself. I am a young female who lives on my own so there was no way I could install those myself and then move them into the laundry room. Especially when I paid for delivery and installation. Called the manager and waited on hold for 30 minutes. They said they would be back within two hours to hook up for me. They have yet to come.

Royal Repair

We have been all over the place trying to find some white wash. If you are looking for white wash you must go here. Most other Lowe's do not have it and I have yet to find a home depot location that carries it. We have bought alot of clearance items here for our new home which is coming along quite well.
