Drove here from Montgomery to get some filter element, some fish, and a couple of plants. The girl in the shop essentially refused to sell us anything, or help us in any way. She repeatedly told my wife and I that we should go to see her mom at the other Lowe’s Water Gardens store in Spring, and that she could probably help us. Not wanting to drive to Spring, I persisted in trying to at least buy some filter media. She continued to babble on about why she wasn’t going to sell it to us, and even talked about busting up our entire pond. It was the most bizarre experience I’ve had with a retailer in my 40 years. I won’t be back, and will likely have to drive down to Katy to another pond supplies store, or order from Amazon.

This location is sill trying to establish itself, but Lowe's has very good prices, beautiful pond and garden stone stuctures, decent plant selection and completely unbeatable kio pricing. The young lady that I talked with for 1 hour was so full of information, that I started to ask her out cause I wanted to hear more about all this pond business, thank you for your time and information, I would out of all honesty give the magnolia location a 50 star rating !!!

Always like going here. They have a massive pond setup stocked with large koi and beautiful plants everywhere. Love the water lilies!
