Nothing but good things to say about the team at Clear Choice. Ted, Chad, Julie were all very helpful in explaining what we needed to do to get our old water system right. They are all very knowledgeable and hard working folks. Chad went above and beyond in getting this job done correctly and timely. Prices are fair. We've had many other people/companies try to help us out with this, but they were all band aid solutions. Our water is now clear and no longer smells like rotten eggs, the dishes, laundry, our skin and hair all look and feel so much better! I would recommend this company to anyone asking. We got our money's worth.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!! We had them come to our house back in February to look at our water system because the iron levels were way too high to where it was dying my blonde hair and fingernails orange.. that's how bad it was. They said that we needed a chemical treatment that would clean the system and we would be good for at least 2 years. This treatment cost us almost 1,000.. 3 WEEKS LATER we are calling them back because our water is FULL of iron again to where my bath water was a rusty orange color. Oh, and my 300 hair appointment that I had to get rid of the orange in my hair was a complete waste because my hair was ruined and orange again 2 weeks later.. Since the initial treatment, we had them come out 3 separate times to do a chlorine treatment that they said would fix the issue.. To this day, 7 months later, our water is still NOT fixed and NEVER was! I emailed Ted about a week and a half ago asking for someone to please come out AGAIN, sending photos of my bath water, and was ignored with no response.. I then called the store to see if I could set something up since sending emails clearly wasnt working and I was rudely hung up on by their front desk woman... We had talked with them about getting a new pump for the house when they originally did the water treatment and they wanted to charge us 700 for the same pump that we could find brand new online for 400... And that wasn't including installation and service fees.. They will rip you off any way they can and overcharge for everything!!! The owner of this company also owns Moores on Seminole Pratt in the Publix shopping center. If money has any value to you, USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Clear choice is the wrong choice. They didn't know what they we're doing and had carbon backflow into my home and clogged my toilets and all of my faucets. Most had to be replaced and clear choice off loxahatchee refused to stand behind their poor quality work. CLEAR CHOICE IS THE WRONG CHOICE.

Beware, this company scammed me out of almost 600. My system has failed Jupiter Labs three times (out 380) Ted, from Clear Choice said that he needs to chlorinated my lines and changed my carbon (465). I paid it. The second test, it failed again. He then said that my well needs to be chlorinated (90). Ted meet Jupiter Labs to open the well for them days later. It failed for the third time. Now, I have Florida Dept. of Health contacting me. Thank God, I have all my receipts and text messages from this company and Ted. Now, I had a another company went out there to look into this. This is what happen, when Ted changed the Carbon, the clock was stuck, so no chlorine was going through the system. Also you can see in the pictures Ted didn't open the well, but he charged me for it. He even wanted to charge me 795 for a UV light. The problem was he didn't service it at all or not right. He even was charging me for my filter. Look at the filter, it has never been clean or replaced. He went to that property 5 times and he couldn't figure the right solution? This company just wanted to keep on charging me service calls and to chlorinate the lines. When they changed the carbon, they should of check the clock to make sure if the system cycles work. If they did, they would have saw that it was stuck and the system is not being chlorinated. I don't understand why the charge me for extra chlorine if the clock was seized. They have agreed to give me back 465 (haven't got it yet). I want them to pay for all three test that it failed and they said no.

Bought a house in the area, Hired Clear Choice to maintain it and fix it. New Well, New system, replaced the filter an membraine on the in house Reverse osmosis system. They are so good.
