Unbelievable Customer Service what a great experience! I honestly didn’t expect much considering we only ordered 4 yards of crushed concrete fines for preparation in building a home garden. The checkout process was easy, their website was laid out with no BS and showed the prices upfront and it was easy to place the order. Immediately after placing the order I received a personal text message from an actual human not some automated thing. they confirmed the order and recommended that if we have any questions on the process to message that number. The company was communicative and patient in answering any and all questions that we had, they gave us an eight hour window for delivery and they delivered in the first hour. Their employee (Steven) that delivered the crushed concrete was wearing a mask despite not being around anyone. Stephen was courteous and professional throughout the delivery experience. Absolutely no question this is the type of customer service that creates an ongoing relationship. We will not only come back to this business but recommend them to anyone looking for the materials that they provide. I highly recommend this company!

I recently moved from NC, and this place reminded me of what it’s like to have GREAT customer service and to see a friendly staff. I visited during Christmas holiday for a loose muffler on a Stihl blower (I didn’t have the correct tool to fix it). The staff not only fixed the blower free of charge, they gave me a tool kit to keep. I’ll definitely return when it’s time to shop for more lawn equipment or service.
Greeted right when I walked in the door. The phone rang multiple times, but the worker picked up the phone and put them on hold, which was nice because he was helping me. I also heard another employee ask another customer if he had already been helped, and he had. My guy even let me know that I could call him if I had any issues with what I came in there for. Well done JD!

Great Staff. Especially Brian and Will who helped us today. We got stuck with the car by my (not so smart.....) Mistake after my 4 year old son wanted to do some \off roading\. Brian and Will came right over and were so nice. They towed us right out. Thank you Brian and Will! You Rock!
