Animal filled outing enjoyable for the whole family. You tour the Zoo in the comfort of your own vehicle with a CD provided for animal descriptions and insight. A handful of kiddy rides, a goat petting zoo, a bird enclosure you can walk into and a mini golf course to enjoy with the family. Giraffe feeding station also on the grounds

What fun! We spent an hour driving slowly through Lion Country Safari. We got a close view of all the animals. The accompanying audio tour was an excellent addition. An ostrich was pecking at our car window, and two white rhinos headed straight for our car so we had to reverse to get out of the way.

It was a really good experience. Florida is a place where people travel to enjoy the sea life. However, this place has maintained the ground/jungle animals really well. It’s a 1.5h tour around them and you’d learn a lot about the different kind of animals during a short period. It’s interesting how they have kept the animals open in the ground and they walk around your car. Really enjoyed the place. Must visit in FL

Great experience! Be there when the park opens to see all the animals before the heat of the day. And don't miss the gift shop!

We visited 2 days after Christmas I think. We went there before being told by a friend that it’s 25 something per car but we were shocked to find it’s for each person. We are a family of four, me and my husband and a 6 year old daughter and my 1 year old son and we paid like 72 with tax included. And we had a coupon that says 8 off in our hands before heading there and it was not honored. It’s called lion country club safari but I don’t think we saw any lions or tigers or anything like that. My daughter was quite disappointed and so were we but my 1 year old son seemed to enjoyed a little. But at the end when we parked we went to a short walk in adventure where there is a gift store and we saw some beautiful big golden fishes and we saw super cute squirrel monkeys, that’s the part we enjoyed the most of. Ask me about the drive through Safari? Not so much at all ! Not as fun as we had expected, I was pretty excited and looking forward to go the night before and turned out it was nothing exciting at all. 4 years ago we went to zoo Miami with only my daughter and we enjoyed all of it , even on a hot summer day. But still I appreciate all the workers taking care of the nature and the animals. But we won’t go back again, if we want to go see animals, we would go to zoo Miami again for sure ! It’s huge and plenty of animals and very fun.
