We cannot say enough about this company from start to finish. They educated us, communicated well and came when they said they would be here. The attention to detail was immaculate and we could not be happier. If you need someone for impact windows and doors, these are by far the best in South Florida!

Fantastic customer service. Very honest and communicated well. No sales pitchy bs. Was very upfront with everything and gave suggestions that would work best for us. Very professional and courteous. Workers highly paid attention to detail! Definitely recommend. Our sliding doors turned out beautiful!!!
They came out 4/5 to give us a quote. Said give them a couple of days. No quote yet, and I've called them twice, and no call back. We have a 4,300 sq ft home, with 27 windows and 2 sliding doors.... I can understand maybe needing more time, but not returning phone calls is unacceptable. It shows what the customer service would have been like if we place a 40k-60k order with them! I guess we dodged a bullet!
JD came out 3/28 to measure our home for accordion shutters stating we’d have our estimate 3/31. As of 4/8, we have not received the estimate or any returned phone calls. Very disappointed!
Excellent product and service. My new shutters really look nice around all my windows and glass sliding doors. I'm hurricane ready now.
Such a disorganized company. Months ago they were “too busy” to do our project. Pandemic was upon us so we called them back recently out to give another shot. They swear they’d never been to our house before. Then strung us along for weeks saying they would get us a quote only to come back and say they don’t have any masonry guy, sorry we’re turning down your job (for one slider)! . So rather than being punctual, and telling us “we’d like the business, can you please find your own masonry person”, they turned down multiple doors and windows for and wasted our time twice. Bullet dodged.
I called this business over 2 weeks ago and spoke to the lady that answered the phone (Unfortunately I did not get her name). I told her that I wanted someone to come out and give me an estimate on new windows. I guess I made the mistake of telling her that I didn’t know if I could afford new windows but wanted an estimate so I could have an idea of a number in my head (I have no idea how much new windows cost). I don’t have cash laying around but I have excellent credit and can put it on my credit card. She told me someone would be calling me to schedule an appointment. That was over two weeks ago. Still no call. No appointment. I don’t understand companies that don’t want work. Moving on to another company to get an estimate.
Took over a week to get a call back to book an appointment for them to come out to give us a quote to replace a door - got a call a few hours before the appointment saying they would not come since we asked for the door to have the threshold raised. Seemed like a simple ask, but pretty sad they wouldn't even come take a look.
