Samantha is great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm a garden nerd and had a lot of fun taking the tour on the side by side. I brought home two beautiful species of bamboo and a rainbow eucalyptus . As a bonus, Samantha took some clippings of some beautiful vines that I inquired about for me to take home for free. I visit a lot of local nurseries and this one is for sure one of my favorites.

June 2020: We wanted to plant a privacy hedge - a local nursery suggested we try viburnum. But after 3 years the vibrernum were only 4 feet tall and not bushy. So we dug them up, and gave them away. After online research we decided we would try mail ordered bamboo plants from Tropical Bamboo. The plants arrived packaged with care and we couldn't be happier with their quality. We look forward to watching them grow. I'll take photo updates.. July 2020: It's amazing how fast our Chinese Dwarf Bamboo plants have grown in just a month. The small bamboo in the foreground is a Tropical Black bamboo - it seems to grow a little slower. August 2020: It's only been about 8 weeks - the Chinese Dwarf plants are already higher and lusher than the viburnum we grew for 3 years (see photo). Some of the bamboo canes are 6 feet tall - amazing! We love the plants so much that we planted 6 more Chinese Dwarfs and 2 Dwarf Buddha Bellies the first of this month (August 2020). September 2020: Lots of rain really helped the plants to shoot up this month! It also helped the Tropical Black Bamboo in the forground. It's a little hard to see but a couple of the shoots grew approximately 4 feet this month.

This place is amazing I've been coming here since 2004. The owner is a nice person and all the staff are treat to deal with. I highly recommend this establishment. They also have some of the nicest bamboo I've ever seen.
