I absolutely LOVE Barbara she is one of the most caring and nurturing psychics When you come get a reading with her. She helped me understand what I've been feeling lately and I feel so much better after getting off the phone with her. I definitely would like to give Barbara for her compassion and realness. This bookstore is in an universe of its own. Each genre was like a world you could escape into. It multi-leveled and maze like. I really enjoyed the local selection LA books and the children's section. The children's section consisted of books that I would be able to find elsewhere. Not you typical Eric Carle or Dr. Seuss.

I went to Meet Babara... she is ok.. I would give her 3 stars but that was a first time I met her. she said something right and it's really happen. and she really get in to the point. and realistic.. and whatever she said is happen.. she not type of person that wanna get you and force you by threat to make you feel bad and ask you for more money but I would recommended.

At first I thought it was a temporary \pop-up\ store for the holidays, but it turns out it's a permanent business. To me it's a better version of Brookstone and Shaper Image, and with them gone, it's great to have a brick-and-mortar tech gadget retailer like Loyola Law School Bookstore. They've pack quite a bit in the shop; let the treasure hunt begin.

These wonderful little quirky independent bookstores are fast disappearing. I'm grateful that places like Loyola Law School Bookstore still exist to showcase some of the lesser known authors, poetry, obscure topics, etc. And maybe this is silly, but I would have loved a selection of cool blank notebooks, stationary, etc.
