The salesman I had, mark lubbers was great! He worked very hard to help me get the car, pricing and financing I needed. I wouldn’t buy a car/truck anywhere else and am not sure why anyone else would either. I’ve bought 4 I think and came to the website just now to look again. Great family business grown in America, made in America and making America great again. Everybody go to Lubbers in Cheney Kansas USA, I live in Wichita 25 minutes away and we’ll worth the drive. God bless Lubbers, you, our president armed forces and the USA!

I’m confused about the people that posted regarding the same vehicle. Why did they think they deserved any money back when they were expected to pay for use of the vehicle like everyone else. I personally had a WONDERFUL experience with Lubbers. The process was painless and the BEST part for me was the NO PRESSURE salesmen. Ryan L. was my salesman and I have referred a couple people to Lubbers for that reason.

Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend purchasing from them, they care more about you and your needs as opposed to making a buck.

My husband and I bought a car from them back in 2015 that started having a lot of problems within the first year of owning it. We let it get voluntarily repossessed because we couldn’t afford the payments plus the cost of fixing it. We have struggled financially since 2017 because they have been garnishing 25% of my husbands check. We just found out a few months ago by luck that the car was salvaged. Called Ken Schmidt in Hutchinson, and said something about it being salvaged. He said that was impossible because they do not sell salvaged vehicles. He looks up the VIN and sure enough it was salvaged 2 years before we ever bought it. He then apologized and said he had no idea and to call 1800-lubbers and ask for Sarah in finance and she’d help me get things figured out. Pretty much got told oh well we should’ve know it was salvaged (even though they supposedly didn’t) and still had to pay another 500 to settle. All I asked was for them to make it right with us since they sold us a salvaged car when they (supposedly) don’t even sell salvaged there. I know we should have double checked everything, but we were young and excited to own our first car. In response to Lubbers reply. Yes we did sign a paper, but were never told outright the car was salvaged. I have two phone call recordings of Ken Schmidt admitting he had no idea it was salvaged, and that Lubbers doesn’t sell salvaged vehicles. They made over 10,000 off a salvaged vehicle. They are not honest and only care about money which is obvious here. They came after a family member for 7 years over 300, so just DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING because they will not be upfront. Only reason it was taken care of was because we paid 500 to settle. No compassion or understanding from them.
