I have waited 2 weeks for a price on a CASE BACKHOE bucket new or used..... Customer service is pathetic and each sales person is either too busy to take care of things or forwards you to the voicemail box.
Piss poor excuse for a service they came to fix a leak that should only take a couple of hours and the mechanic screwed up more stuff that he fixed I told him that it puts me out of service until repaired he told me he'd be back the next day 4 days later I called they had forgotten about it promised they'd be here the next day now a week later still no one about fed up next time I'm going to Werner Cat and I urge you the same
