Really neat place! I had the Shrimp Cajun Stir-Fry, an order of Oysters and some Beignets to end the meal with. All very delicious! I've honestly never tasted anything like it. The atmosphere was like that of any bar, however, it's the taste of the food that really sets it apart. The employees all had on masks and our server was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

My partner loved the oysters. She said they were super fresh. The food on general was delicious. The waitresses were very nice. We will be back again for our next visit.

Great food, I am originally from somewhere near New Orleans, and this is the closest to food from there that I have found here in West Texas. The stuffed catfish is a must try. The wait wasn't too long. I will say it is a more laid back atmosphere so if you are in a hurry you want to try somewhere else, but all in all excellent choice.

I have been coming to Jazz for at least 30 Years and had never been so disappointed in the quality of customer service. We had a party of 9 and with in 45 min period our entrees was served either two at a time or one at a time! Our entire table did not receive its order before next large table of 6 started receiving their order. The last person at our table received her order which is a very popular dish 45 minutes after the first dish was served. The waitress was new but she had no one assisting her with expediting the tickets! Manger offered to pay for one dish and offered dessert! I will think twice before recommending this place to anyone! If I could give the service tonight a negative star I would.

The first two time I have called to place a Togo I’ve gotten attitude from Annie. The second time I’ve been hung up by her when trying to place a Togo. I got “well I need that order now the kitchen is about to close” at 9:38 when the website says they close at 10. I tried to go in again and sit down to just see if it was just Annie with the bad attitude, when sitting at the bar top all I heard was “do you see how big that man is at table 33? He ordered ____ that doesn’t even fill me up and he’s huge” Holly’s service was great although I didn’t get a 2 minute check back or anything until I laid my card out on the bar top. Food was not all that great but did coke out in a decently manner.

I come here almost every trip to Lubbock. It's laid back, so if you're in a rush I recommend getting take out. My food always comes out pretty quick, even when they're busy. I usually get the Chicken a la Mer - half order is plenty of food for one person. The full order is MASSIVE. The bartenders do a good job with mixed drinks, as long as you don't ask for something extra fancy. Most of the clientele here seem to be regulars.

Some of the menu items are duds, but the Chicken A La Mer is an incredibly good tasting dish. If every item on the menu were like that it would get six stars. I recommend you get that dish and you won't be disappointed. Anything else and I can't make any promises

I've been eating here for over 20 years and it has never dissapointed. I bring all my out of town friends to show them what Lubbock has to offer.
