IMAX video quality is wonderful and the movie we watched was amazing. The seats don't recline though and the chair arms are really thick so it is difficult if you want to cuddle with your date while watching the movie. When you order online they implement social distancing by blocking off two seats on both sides of your group so no one else can order tickets next to you. It was a good experience.

Went with my son and had a blast. The line at the concession was short.security guard looked professional.Popcorn, icee on point. Reclining seats with trays were clean.sound was a bit loud but other than that it,was a positive experience.
First of all, I'm so happy movies are open again. Because of Covid-19, you can't print your tickets at the kiosk so you have to go to the concession stand to get them. The popcorn was ok. They had them already in buckets ready to serve so they weren't extremely fresh. I also couldn't add my own butter. I miss the self-serve popcorn and butter so I could layer it in. You also have to take your receipt for your drink to another line and have them fill it for you. You don't get to choose how much ice you get anymore because it's not self-serve either. Covid ruins everything. The women's restroom wasn't the cleanest, but it could have just been a timing thing too. The theater was very clean and everyone was well spaced. The seats are comfortable. They recline, have neck support and a tray with cup holder for your food too! The bar was friendly and made excellent drinks! The "Bad Boy" was really good and recommend!
Staff was very nice and helpful. There was no volume on the commercial things prior to the previews which was weird. Staff said that was normal. Volume came on at beginning of previews and was crazy loud. Other than that, really good experience.
Love coming to the movies with my kids. Food and drinks are pricey though
We were very disappointed on Valentines when we showed up for the movie we bought tickets for and the theater had closed early because of snow. We weren’t notified of that so me and my partner drove to the theater in the snow only to find locked doors with no information about the closure posted in the door. Some girls who don’t work there let us in and the manager gave us a partial refund and told us there is no way they could have contacted us by email or any other means even though we made the reservation through the theater’s website. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to wear a mask at all while “helping” us. We don’t go to the movies often so this was supposed to be a treat for ourselves. We will stick to streaming services from now on.
Not the best movie theater in town, but definitely not the worst. I'd say it ranks #3 out of 4, (just because I love Tinseltown's chairs and no one ever beats Alamo Drafthouse.) The popcorn is always on point and the best in town.
Most outstanding faculty for a school field trip! You could not ask for a easier planned field trip!
