Booked on United, checkin was smooth! Had 1 line for security, they should open 2nd for group bursts/fast trackers to help with social distancing since they did have the manpower which were standing around. Overall smooth!

I’m not too sure what was in the air this morning in Lubbock? We arrived at the airport at 5:30A. Multiple TSA employees were rude. They spoke in a loud and condescending manner. I’m not sure how this is allowed in the service industry? Whoever is in charge needs to do some serious review. Not the end of it. The gate attendant acted like any question was a bother. The entire experience was horrible.

this airport and it's complete staff, slow as it is, has got to be my least pleasurable experience in my adult life. when the train them for their jobs, they need to teach them that a smile can go a long way.
