We just did the Paris Room retreat today, and we’re completely blown away by the value, the extravagance, and the quality of service we received today. We always come here for massages, but decided to go the extra mile for girl’s day. All of our beauticians were so professional and incredibly friendly, and the services provided truly made you feel like a VIP! We love Renaissance and will definitely be coming back!

My little’s and I went in for pedicures today before our mini vacay. The ladies were so sweet and did a great job. Best pedi I have ever had. Owner went above and beyond to make the girls feel special. Highly recommend this place.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and pampered. Jesus is my go-to guy for massages. My daughter and I booked a day here with lunch, facials and massages. The staff was fabulous. Very attentive and customer friendly to fit us in to spend the day together so our appointments coordinated. The services were great and were customized to what our individual needs were. A very comfortable, friendly and relaxing environment. I will definitely be back for more facials when I back to visit my daughters when I am in Lubbock. Thank you to all the staff for a great relaxing day!
