I ordered delivery from these guys twice and both times the food never arrived. The first time I ordered, an hour had passed so I called them. They told me the driver had been in an accident but that the food was still on its way. That's understandable so I was willing to wait but two hours after the call back, I finally gave up and ordered from somewhere else. The second time me and my friend ordered some sandwiches, it was summer so we were sitting on the front porch. After an hour and a half I called back and they tell me that the delivery guy arrived but no one was there, mind you me my friend had been on the front porch the whole time. the guy on the phone told me he would redo the order and send it out, again the food didn't arrive. Sorry but no food no love. Edit: Dear Lucas Pizza, I saw you reply on my comment where you said that you were sorry and that you were trying to improve. Here's the thing, every negative comment on here has a reply from you saying the same exact thing, some of them dating back over a year. Please stop saying you're going to try to make things better and actually try to make things better. The reason I say this is because I love supporting local businesses so I find it heartbreaking when I see a local business that seems to not care. If you really do care please improve, believe it or not many locals do want to support you.

They consistently mess up your order and claim they made it correctly and will not remake it. I only get the pizza and it’s usually good when they make it how I order it but, the owner refuse to compensate you for mistakes and that is why I stopped going here before. I thought they improved and started going back. However they are still the same. They Definitely need to work on pleasing their customers.

I first ordered food from Luca though Uber eats, I ordered a large cheese pizza, avocado salad and buffalo tenders. The meal arrived on time, the salad was good, the buffalo tenders were awesome. In the app I requested that my pizza be well done, but it wasn’t. The pizza was ok, the sauce was a little too sweet for me. I have since gone back to order more buffalo tenders. I must also add that the price in the Uber eats app was priced at 1.00 more than in the actual restaurant. I’m not sure if this is the norm, but I wont be ordering through the app again if I will be charged more. Overall I’m satisfied and will continue to give them my business.

Staff is friendly and pizza is pretty good and seasoned well. (I'm originally from the Bronx and Brooklyn so I'm used to quality Italian food.) They keep their establishment looking nice and clean which is very important to me. As long as that's kept going, I'm good. The exterior has a nice inviting look to it. The place to eat.

This place is very unreliable Do Not order from here they will mess up your order more than once, after placing my order through DoorDash it got cancel 30 minutes later because they gave my order to another DoorDash delivery guy. So I call them directly to see how they was going to solve this issue they said they will deliver it them selfs an a hour later I called they had no clue what I was talking about so a total of 1 hr and 30 minutes could not deliver my food, food is ok but they are NOT reliable maybe If you pick it up your self you might get a different experience.

The pizza was yummy. I liked it. The doe was a lil gummy but everything else was on point. The only reason I didn't give 4 stars was the guy who took my order and rang me up. He seemed to have a VERY necessary attitude.
