Driving home having to go through the delta we had already been told \be careful it isn't a place you want to break down in\. Well that happened and we ended up being towed to the Lucky Chevrolet shop. They looked the car over and it was just a little before noon, they came to us with an estimated price and time of completion being around 3pm-4pm. The GM, Gary Cain, never came to us with updates or anything and after sitting in a shop lobby for 6 hours, watching the people take the whole front of our vehicle off for no reason, we became very uneasy. We asked Gary Cain to please check on the guy working on our vehicle (he was very young and wasn't dressed as a mechanic) as it was approaching a hour just putting the belt back on. His response was \how long should it take?\ I know it takes approximately 5-10 minutes so a hour was a bit much, to our discovery they admitted to having to google how to put a serpentine belt on. We also found on our way home, finally, that our headlight wasn't wired back up putting us in danger 2 hours from home. This shop is a joke and should never be one that you go to, Gary Cain did nothing but sit and talk with his buddies the whole time he knew we were stranded. Two to three hours turned into six hours. I've never had to spend that long in a shop for two things, one of which was an easy fix. Thanks to this dealership, we were questioned about the funds to pay for our vehicle, made to wait for them to \Google\ how to fix problems, and instead of getting home at noon that day, we made it home at midnight with wires still hanging under the hood. I took pictures of the hanging wires and missing screws/bolts that they neglected to put back on my vehicle. Very, very disappointed that a Chevy dealership wasn't sure how to fix a Chevy vehicle. Please save your money and time and get towed to Dumas, Ar. where they have creditable mechanics willing to help.

I bought a used truck from them about 6 or 7 years ago, and I am still driving it today! I have over 335,000 miles on it! Thanks Miss Lydia, and Bob Lucky for everything! #amazingpeople.
