The sandwiches are impressive looking. We ordered the skyscraper which was the pastrami corn beef mix and it was nicely piled high. The meet was a little rubbery but had very low fat content. The pickles were nice and crisp and it’s a good corner location with lots of activity so good people watching. Inside is nice big windows all the way around and you get the same effect. The fruit bowl is fresh. Prices for what you would expect. I thought the bread could’ve been toasted it was soggy on the bottom. Was good not great. Downside of outside seating was that you were right next to a cigar store so if people are outside smoking that can be a detriment.

This is a regular stop for us. Everything from the menue to the portion sizes is big. Also everything taste great. Salad and sandwiches can be split by a couple unless or you can take the left overs home for another whole meal. They also serve breakfast 24/7. A great place. P.S. There's a deli/bakery attached.
The Lucky Dill was the first restaurant I moved to St Petersburg. I ordered a matzo ball soup because it was cold outside and I was beat from moving. I order matzo ball soup when I come for lunch, it's light and tasty. I go mostly for brunch on the weekends. I wake up early and Lucky Dill is one of the few places that are open before 9 on weekends in St Petersburg. My favorite brunch eggs Benedict. They give you free champagne on Sundays with brunch.
Came here for a casual business lunch. The location is great in downtown St. Pete, and the restaurant had a nice vibe. I ordered a King Beef with the pickle dish. The sandwich was great and piled high with roast beef. The pickles where good but not quite my style. Overall it’s a pretty good place. I will go back for sandwich and would recommend to stop in and try them out.
Great food. Friendly staff. Cool design and atmosphere inside. Try the California Cobb (pictured).
Great place to eat. Love the Cuban sandwich.
Had my first Florida Cuban sandwich while walking around in Saint Pete. The texture of the sand wish was awesome as it kept its crunch and was not soggy. It had greats tang and was delicious. Also the sweet tea was once of the best I've had and this says a lot coming from Austin TX where sweet tea is a daily staple.
This is the one in Palm Harbor area that had an excellent staff, no waiting for a seat, NYC decor, and huge portions for the price. The Monday special was more than enough food for 2. Corned beef sandwiches were stuffed with layers and layers of delicious meat and also included a side too. Entrees were priced well and included good portions. On the way out we had to stop at their bakery store and take home a few goodies. Highly recommend this restaurant and plan to stop again when in this area.
