Buyer beware on price!!! Purchased a blazer from Jos A Bank and they wanted 22 to tailor it. Just needed a 1/2 inch off each sleeve. So I brought it to Lucy's. When I dropped it off, the person who took it from me didn't know the price. I took a chance and left it with them. When I picked it up, a different person was there and I was charged 30. When I told her that was above market, she said she was not the owner and couldn't do anything about it.

Buyer beware. I purchased a blazer from Jos A Bank and they wanted 22 to take off a 1/2 inch from each sleeve. I thought, that it is way too expensive so I brought it to Lucy's. When I dropped it off, the person who took my blazer barely spoke English and could not give me a price. I took a chance and left it with them. When I came to pick it up, a different person was there and she too could barely speak English and charged me 30. When I complained, she said there was nothing she could do. So everyone, realize that Lucy's is very expensive.

There has been a change in business owners, and they do a terrible job now. Take your formal dresses, dress pants, and dress shirts elsewhere. Otherwise, your clothes will definitely be ruined.

When Lucy owned/ran the shop, the work was absolutely incredible. The new owners never have the work done when they say they will and the quality is terrible. Pant legs two different lengths and now a coat I paid 150 to have relined that can’t be worn because the lining arm holes are half the size of the coat’s. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS SHOP.
