There is little to no insulation, it is always cold inside the apartment. Sitting in the living room there is a constant draft from the, basically, single pane sliding door. The bedroom windows also provide a constant draft. In the two bedroom, the \master\ is cramped with an awkward closet. It is difficult to access all of it because of the set up. The en suite is poorly arranged with a small stand up shower. There is carpeting in half, up to the sink, and zero storage space. The layout provides no room for additional storage to be added. The cost of the unit seems to be based on the additional amenities provided, not the actual unit. I think the property spent more money on the pool and grill pits than the apartments themselves.

ITS HORRIBLE everything breaks in like 2 months of living their one of the members in my band the dish washer broke when they were putting them in and they haven’t fixed it in other 6 months we only lived there 7 months!

The insulation is terrible so it's always freezing. They say they include snow removal but all I've seen are tenants with shovels in the parking lot. They charge an outrageous amount for rent and extra charges and everything constantly breaks. Maintenance is included, but they're slow to respond and when they do they're often rude and condescending. Would be nice if the amenities and \free\ maintenance lived up to what they charge for rent.

Well first of all these apartments are made with the cheapest materials possible and things frequently break or stop working. There was water leaking from our bathroom ceiling and it took the maintenance people over a week to follow up on that. Another thing that’s absolutely disgusting is the amount of mold that grows in the window ledges and the bathrooms. There’s is little to no insulation in these buildings. I have pictures and videos of actual mushrooms growing in my windows. I called management and their solution was to wash it with bleach and paint over it. Well about 2 weeks later the mold was right back where they just painted over it. Probably because the window seals leak and I have legitimately had ice in my windows in the winter. I would never recommend living here if you have another option. And forget about following the rules. People do whatever they want and even if you report it to management nothing is done about it. If your neighbors above you have a dog that barks and howls for hours on end even at midnight and 2am mangement wont talk to them or do anything about it. If your neighbors below you frequently take smoke breaks down by the mailboxes at 1am and leave beer cans laying everywhere don’t even waste your time complaining about it. Also hopefully you drive something with 4wd if you have to be at work before 9am because snow removal is a joke. I’ve had to shovel my car out countless times and help others push theirs out of the driveways. I wish there was a zero star rating for this place because if you’re paying more than a mortgage payment for rent and promised amenities then you think you’d get said amenities. But I wouldn’t count on it.

What an unfortunate choice! I have had problems from the beginning. First, the online application had problems and was rejected by the computer system application several times. The application was not approved until several days before our move - delays!!!! The rental agreement I signed was incorrect and not corrected to include the garage until I was moved in for several days. I was asked to sign again a new contract. I was already here. They already had my money and I had no choice but to sign. At the time of the online application, I asked about a garage being needed for my small fishing boat. The management said they would have one available for me; however, forgot to mention they dont allow boats on the property. To my surprise, several weeks after moving in, a notice was sent to all occupants to that effect. And only then was my contract was stuffed in my door showing the information regarding boats. I spoke to the property manager in person and asked about the misunderstanding and what could be done to resolve it. Now, two weeks later I have had no response. I guess I just have to pay for a garage I cannot use under contract for a year. That's a lot of money to throw down the drain. I am more than dissapointed. I am under contract for a year and have no recourse. What a mess!
