Need a urgent ultrasound done- my midwife faxed over my order 4 different times. Each time I call Ludington hospital they say they don’t have my order in. I get the run around game this hospital is a joke.

My son, Cameron, had a piece of metal fly into his eye. The staff at the emergency room gave him the best care until Dr. Riemer could get the emergency surgical team together. We (my husband, I and Cameron) appreciate the immediate care Cameron received, the skill of Dr. Riemer, and the post operative care on floor 2 of the hospital.The nurses were awesome! We have written specific letters to the people involved but we wanted to state publicly that the staff at Spectrum Health Hospital Ludington is wonderful. THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE WHEN WE NEEDED YOU !

Very disappointed with the care my husband received in the ER. The nurse practitioner that we dealt with was very unprofessional and insensitive. She literally told us that there’s nothing she can do and asked me “what do you want me to do?”. What kind of a place is this that asks the patients what they should do? I will never be coming here ever again if I don’t have to and let’s hope I don’t because I don’t trust the drs here at all. I will say that they have some very good nurses here but unfortunately that does not make up for the lack of care we received.
