I get all my cat food and supplies here. And my rabbit will only eat the hay from here, since I switched to Smithland for his hay he eats double what he did before, he loves it. It is always smells like it was just cut. The employees are all extremely nice, answer any questions you have and if they don't know the answer they will find someone who does.

Some of the workers are simply wonderful, they love animals and helping customers find exactly what they need. It's much better place than most of the larger pet stores. My doggo Puprika loves Smithland
I love going to this place, they're very honest to you about their products, and they are always full of information for all your pets needs!
Love this place it's the only pet store I try going to especially with 3 dogs and 3 cat's in the house they have everything...
I planned on going to the Springfield Dave's, only to find they had closed, so my next closest was Ludlow. I only went to get my son his free fish for earning student of the month. The gentleman working in the fish area was super nice and took us straight to the right spot. He let my son pick his fish, let him choose which bowl he wanted, we grabbed a couple extra items for his new pal and we headed to the register. The cashier girl was a little quiet but nice. The store was clean. And not at all busy for later morning
