Jon offers very fair pricing and no hidden fees. All the other chimney places seem to have a base price and then a bunch of added on fees for things, which just makes things confusing. Jon makes pricing very simple. He was also very quick and personable. I will definitely be using thermocrete again in the future.

Jon was so awesome from start to finish. He was super patient with all my questions and I had a lot. He was always on time, very clear about what would happen and super efficient. I don’t know much about chimneys but I think his price was very fair considering what all he did and how long it took. It’s hard to come by people who really take pride in their job, but Jon does. 100% recommended.
Jon was great to work with the entire way through the process. He was super personable, professional and responded to my calls and emails promptly every time (unusual for most contractors). I failed a chimney inspection in October due to a cracked flue tile and Jon fit me into his busy schedule to complete the repair in about a month. My flue has a jog in it and made for a trickier installation which Jon and his partner handled perfectly. They used drop cloths on my floors, modified and re-installed my stovepipe and left no sign they were ever there. Multiple people recommended Thermocrete Chimney Sweeps to me including the owner of a stove shop who is a trusted family member. Clearly this is the guy you want to call if you want it done right.
