This was a trip to pick up a puppy and everything went well. Puppy arrived happy and well taken care of. As you can see, he was.pretty tired from the trip and actually fell asleep while walking out of the kennel.
Have you paperwork ready, dont step over the yellow line, no phones in warehouse.
One of the best places to wait for your flight, comfy chairs and very nice atmosphere and free wifi at the airport. Sometime they have coffee and tea in the free machines
I never had to deal with lazy people in my life like the ones at lufthansa. At the time to do paperwork the girls at this place have a bad acttitud and dont care if you will miss a flight. What a bad costumer service they have. I will not recomended to any body to come here try other airlines bafore coming in here...
