I have an older piece of Victorinox luggage that cracked a wheel on a recent trip. I proceeded to try to find a shop near my home who repairs this brand and would honor the “lifetime warranty” the luggage came with. Richard (the shop owner) was extremely helpful, and ended up mailing out the wheel assembly parts I needed free of charge. He honored the warranty on my suitcase where the Victorinox company did NOT. Do not hesitate to check this company out first for your leather and/ or luggage purchases and repairs.
