I am so happy a friend told me about this amazing place. My luggage was broken and I wasn’t able to find the warranty. They took care of it anyway and managed directly with Delsey to get me a replacement luggage.
I usually don't write reviews but the customer service was great! My wife and I travel a lot and I had a matching set of 4 Samsonite that had clearly gotten good use. I was considering buying a new set because there was minor things wrong with every piece luggage, a good friend of mine recomended taking it to this place so I decided to try it and that was the best decision ever. I received my luggage free shipping at home 1 week later and they look great! Everything is fixed and I am super happy that there is still great companies that do great jobs! Thank you! I would give the ten stars

I have used Luggage Repair Center multiple times in the past and they are spectacular. Scott and his team are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and waste no time in getting your luggage back in use. Better yet is a family business. I have Samsonite luggage which I love and with Luggage Repair Center and Samsonite working together it makes everything stress free!
