I used this service to ship 3 boxes from NJ to India. It was super expensive shipment for me. I would recommend that if you can wait out, use UniRelo and Universal Relocations. Pros: Easy to book and you will receive your luggage in 2-3 weeks. Cons: Extremely expensive than other moving services (which take around 3-4 months to ship your stuff). The customs charges even on personal stuff is really high (I shipped 3 boxes of used clothes and shoes but was charged around Rs 13000 extra for Customs ) . They will not have a good explanations and basically say it was informed that it may have extra charge beforehand. Earlier I had recommended Luggage to ship to one of my friends too and they also mentioned that they were charged extra Rs 4000 for 1 box of used stuff from customs.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! BEWARE! I had shipped 3 bags from Virginia to Maryland using Luggage To Ship and the nags were supposed to reach me within 2-4 days. But two of the bags arrived very late, weeks beyond the promised delivery date in torn condition and the third bag which had a lot of valuables never arrived! The customer service kept blaming Fedex for the delay for several weeks. They said my bag is missing and that they’re trying to locate it. Contacting Fedex directly was not useful as they said that they were not directly responsible and told me to contact Luggage To Ship. After 1.5 months of calling, emailing and pleading with the customer service almost everyday, they finally said that my bag cannot be located and declared it as LOST. I was totally disappointed to lose all my clothes and other important items. After that once again I had to call and email them several times for them to process my insurance claim. My bag had a lot of valuable items and the insurance amount they approved was nowhere close to the value of items lost. This company is fraudulent! Do not fall for their cheap prices as you will end up losing your luggage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYBODY.

Terrible service! I shipped my luggage from Florida to Ohio in October, however, they lost two of my suitcases en route. I had both sets of luggage insured for up to 750 each and submitted bills of all my belongings. While I was initially assured that I would get a refund of 2500, they sent a check for 500 after 2 1/2 months of continuous follow ups, calls, and emails. Though I have asked them about the insurance I paid, they keep transferring the blame without providing a solution. I highly recommend refraining from seeking their services, they are terrible with providing updates, do not provide any solution nor do they respond in a timely manner. Their's is the worst luggage shipping service out there.

My mom paid this comoany to ship her and my brother's items from FL to MN. There were a lot of sentimental values on those bags. Items got here missing, damaged and the most important bag with my brother's valuables never arrived. She's been trying to get a hold of them but no success... they played her good... BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!

This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. They did not pick up the shipment for 3 days in a row and then when I cancelled they charged be 25 dollars for the pleasure. Under no circumstance use them. My luggage remains unshipped.
