I moved to Kershaw County 3 years ago.... And for 3 years I've been trying to get a tank delivered for my fireplace..... I spoke to someone once and was told that they'd get back to me.... 3 years later I'm still waiting.... But, looking at the reviews.... It's a no for me....

Just ran out of gas for forth time in last 2 years. Was supposed to be set up for auto fill last 4 times we called. They wouldnt come same day, so I called another company and they on the way. New company price was 1.89 where I was quoted 3.04 a gallon from these guys after doing business for last 12 years with them. All this with a 221 credit with them because we actually paid a bill twice. Needless to say I'm waiting on my refund check!
I would not recommend this company at all. I waited 5 weeks for gas logs, a time was finally set up for install after some phone calls and emails, but they never showed. I emailed 2 hours after the scheduled time but didn't receive a response. Since it had already been a hassle doing business with them I didn't follow up further.They didn't contact me for 2 weeks after the schedule install date, then offered a weak apology, asking if I still wanted the logs. I've moved on to another vendor.
Out of fuel. 19 degrees outside. No heat. Tank was filled and paid for 3 weeks ago. I think they lied and did not fill tank. New tank and gauge not working so can’t tell if they ripped me off.
