Will never come back to this place again. I gave the lady my receipt and she makes me look for my jacket on my own. I didn't find it and she said it wasn't ready and to come back in three hours. I said that's too long. She then said two hours and I said that's still too long and then she said 20 mins. Don't waste your time and money here

We were leaving on vacation and my granddaughter broke her zipper in her jeans and they had it ready in 24hrs.
If I could give a zero, I would. Brought a new uniform to get nametapes, rank, and AFSC badges sewn on as well as elastic added to pants hem. Returned one week later to pick up uniform, and the Air Force nametape was doubled with one US AIR FORCE sewn directly above the first and the AFSC badges shifted up as well. Theresita said they would have to repair it and it would take longer, which I declined as I will go off base and get it addressed before leaving. I asked for a refund which she refused to give, and after I asked for her manager and speaking on the phone she also refused but offered me 20 (total bill already paid was 45). I declined and told her I wanted a full refund as I now had to pay a rush fee off base, which she “guaranteed she would cover” and I requested how she would verify that. She told me she needed to know exactly what was being sewn and “don’t count what’s being removed as that doesn’t matter to her.” When I told her I needed a full refund (for the sixth time) and if she needed to come down to give it I needed to pick my child up from the CDC by 530, she interrupted and told she would come down and fix it because she wasn’t refunding my money. I then had to wait another hour for the repair versus her refunding my money as requested and I had already paid a week prior so I literally couldn’t walk out. Yes my uniforms were repaired but the fight to get that and the time wasted means I will never be back. Additionally, the Airman in front of me was having to search through the uniforms because they had lost his shirt and kept telling him it was “somewhere here” while she went on and helped other customers (effectively making him search for his own uniforms). Truly, the WORST customer service I’ve had in years.
