They have been starching my clothes for months now, never a problem and always done fast. They are one of the few cleaners that can actually starch your jeans heavy. Nice people!

Please don't go here. They absolutely butchered two of my uniforms, lost pieces, and lied. Saying that they would fix the mistakes for no cost, I came back a week later to pick up the uniforms, and they had the audacity to BILL ME AGAIN and even INCREASE the charge, before allowing me to leave with the uniforms! The quality was still extremely poor. If you're looking for lying, overcharging, disputed transactions, poor work, and harassment - then this is your place.

This place is terrible. Ripped us off. They said it would be about 20 dollars for dry cleaning and billed us 47 dollars. I'm not going back again. The husband is shady as hell. I won't be going back again. I'd rather go to aafes and we all know how helpful they are.

Took my jacket in for cleaning. Picked it up and it was ripped pretty bad. They tried blaming me. They knew they ripped it! Made them fix it. Doesn’t look like the same jacket as it did when I took it in. Pissed! Should’ve taken before and after photos. You don’t think to do that because you expect for you things to be the way they were when you take them in. Only to come back cleaned. The older lady there laughs at you, and if you ask me...pretty rude! Will not be going back. Doesn’t even deserve a one star

OK, the clothes are clean. That's about all I can say. I can't believe they're getting away with gouging the military guys like this! My husband really likes the barber shop two doors down, and after being overcharged for dry cleaning farther north, we thought surely this place would be fair. Um, no. Here are the reasons to avoid: 1. No price list posted inside, so you have no idea how much they're going to gouge you. 92 for 22 pieces of dry cleaning, really?! This is almost 3 times what we paid in Texas. 2. And they're cash or check only! I had to leave, go to the ATM, and come back. 3. No same-day turnaround. It was like a four-day wait. 4. No weekend hours, no evening hours. Still looking for a fairly priced, convenient, customer-oriented dry cleaner in the Surprise area.
