Everyone was so nice and easy to talk to. Very relaxing experience and noone pushing sales. Also the team was knowledgeable about products which is really important to me. Will to back into store another time!

I have gotten the athletic tops from here and had very positive experiences. Therefore, I decided to try their leggings about 7 months ago. However, they are falling completely apart. Being that I wore and washed them as directed, I am extremely disappointment in the result and how quickly they wore down. Seams are coming apart and there is piling everywhere. These leggings should reflect their price, and they definitely are not.

I love lululemon because of how nice it all is. The quality is outstanding with everything. They do come with a heavier price tag but considering the quality and what lulu represents I think is worth spending that price for their products. Everything I own is such a high quality and so soft and comfortable. The brand is so sleek and really attractive. Athlesure is basically all I live in other than my work uniform and they even have really nice pants for my work uniform! Lulu brings a put together quality look and I have yet to not like a purchased product! Will be consistently purchasing from Lulu for a very long time.

usually don’t receive the best customer service here, and I buy a lot of lulu. employees are at times condescending and unhelpful. some are great! I just feel quite stupid after some interactions

Purchased items online, was able to exchange for different sizes I'm store. They honored the coupon I had used online, and exchanged an item I didn't realize didn't fit until I took off the tag. The great customer service I recieved today will make me a loyal customer.
