Lumbee homes is where we found our new home. Not only was it substantially less than the 4 other places we looked at but they also handled the land and home set up (which carries a lot of red tape). GABE SCOTT is who we dealt with the majority of the time. He is one of the most sincere and honest people that I have met. He worked diligently to make sure we were in our home when my husband came home from the hospital after having brain surgery. Not only that, he checked on my husband while he was sick and cared enough to do so. That is a rare quality in people now a days. We weren't just a number to him. The whole team at Lumbee Homes did an amazing job even during a Pandemic, they made what seemed insurmountable, possible. I'd recommend them to anyone who asks me because Customer Service on this level is not easily found.

Tyler has been a God send to helping me find our home and land package for our family. He always answers any questions I have and has even talked to me after hours about questions I had. Mr. Jerry and Ms. McQueen where wonderful help when we had issues with the lender and thankfully was able to get it fixed on Lumbee's end. This has been a long time coming and hopefully we will soon be in our lovely home. I highly recommend Tyler as a realtor and with Mr. Jerry and Ms. McQueen as his team and help they assure things gets done. I went to shop for a mobile home for my wife and I and decided to check out Lumbee Homes of Hartville after a few other placing in the area. These are the most professional people I've ever meet. Not to mention how helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable in your buying experience. No pressure at all. So if you are looking for a place that honest, professional and the price is right instead of settling for what other mobile homes places think is right for you, I suggest giving Lumbee homes of Hartville a try.....
