Went in for a shape up for my beard....left with over half of it cut off and definitely not the style I wanted over an hour later. I really hate saying this, but I think his cognition is slipping because even after explaining SEVERAL times....it didn't seem to matter. Super nice guy.....but it may be time to retire.
