We spoke to Austin on the phone, upon arrival we were told that they had no idea who we were. We drove from fayetteville for a supposedly VIP appointment. The person we met never introduced himself and was of ZERO assistance. The only reason I give a one star is because I can't give -100 stars. My wife Van has been twice with basically the same result. This has to be the WORST example customer service EVER. SHAME ON YOU
