THIS IS THE EXACT COORDINATES TO THE CAMPSITE 32.1146, -84.7445 If you enter from the south it is an easy dirt road near the site, if you enter from the north the road is much longer and very very bumpy, with deep tire tracks and high middles that sometimes scrapped the underside of my SUV. Beautiful beautiful site with great views from some sites. We went tent camping and there were maybe two other people there. It is clean with cut grass. No restroom at s that I could see. I heard gunshots only during daylight, and not many. The closest grocery store is about 30 min away so plan accordingly. There was no wood large enough for a fire, so bring some if you want a fire. I saw no hook ups for RVs. Highly recommend, can't believe this site is free. June 2020

Great facility, nice wilderness camping area, great rifle and pistol ranges. I like that they are well separated and well maintained. Got a hunting or fishing license? All of Hannahatchee is Free for you to use. Thanks to Georgia Department of Natural Resources for this great WMA. Convenient to Providence Canyon for more hiking fun.

I love this place. its the only place in Georgia that you actually have to hunt... not just sit on your butt in a tree.

Lots of deer and some hogs. Be prepared to walk / stalk and bring your hiking boots!

Great camping you can even pull in a camper. Hog hunting was pretty good. Rifle range was nice and pistol range looked to be the state standard for giving the GSAC qualification so really nice. Had a super time Thanks Georgia DNR for maintaining such a nice WMA.
