My Sister is truly unhappy there. She hates coming in and out because the steps and grounds are littered with food trash and bugs including maggots. The dumpster area is completely gross and the flying bugs inside (undetermined at this point how they are getting in) have dampened a once excited spirit about finding her new home. She has complained about these issues but was only met with temporary quick fixes or disregarded with responses like 'well no one else has complained' and 'I don't see anything'. As nice and affordable as the apartments are, they can do much better.

These Apts have too many hood ninja mind set tenants....same as Liberty Crossing & those other near vicinity Apts. The North Lumpkin Rd area as a whole is a FK'D up neighborhood!

I loved the apartment. Very spacious and just what I wanted in a place. But the management they need to go. First y’all put me above a woman who have complained about the other tents and they had to move. All because she don’t want nobody to live above her. I broke my lease and moved because management did nothing about her. I paid my rent on time and I don’t get any assistance so I paid out my pocket. I have told management about what she doing and it went on deaf ear, they tried to make it seems I was the problem. The apartments are a nice place to live but they need to get new management and get that lady out.

I’ve been at Lumpkin Park for Four (4) years. I love the updated appliances and how spacious the unit is. Management is awesome... Kudos to them! I don’t want to forget about Larry and Tony (maintenance department).Those guys work like nobody business. When I submit a maintenance request, they are here within the hour. Tiffany is always efficient and prompt with the orders and emails that you submit.She stays on top of things. That is why I can say I’m proud to be a resident at Lumpkin Park Apt. If anyone in the market of looking for an apartment, come to Lumpkin Park. You want be disappointed.
