First time, and last time. Bad experience with this guys,I do not recommend their services. They were late to drop off, and the next day they came really early to pick up the jumper, we are not getting their services again! Very disappointed!

Made a reservation 1 month in advance for jumper and popcorn machine for a 12:00 drop off time. Day of party, its 12:40. I called them at least 6x with no answer or communication they were going to be late. Thank goodness I was able to find a jumper last minute to save the day at my son's birthday. Don't use them, unless you want a unrealiable business that doesn't communicate.
This company is the best to rent. They're very kind and make sure that it's very safe for people to go on. It's very fun and the best company ever. Year after year I reserve a jumper for my daughter and it's always been very fun to count on their service, and I recommend it. Thank you Luna's Jump for making our occasions special.
Got an awesome monster truck bouncer for my 3 year olds bday party. At one point while he was the only one in the bouncer when he leaned against a wall it collapsed on him. He was very scared, crying anf it took us about an hour to calm him down. We noticed there was a hole at the top of the bouncer where the air was escaping, called lunas to replace but got nothing they even showed up 30 mins after park closed to pick up the bouncer that was hardly used.
This is a cash only business. Although it is 2018, they do not take debit or credit cards to pay for ride tickets. At public events where there are no ATM's it is a pain. Also, the staff are more concerned with what's on their phones than monitoring the amusements.
Very bad experience! They were 3.25 hrs late to my event. After I called them twice for an update of their ETA, their driver called me and provided an unacceptable excuse. The bouncer provided was dirty/VERY smelly. In other words, in a very SAD condition. I'd give them "0" stars, but unfortunately; there's no option for it. For the record, when the driver picked up the bouncer, I invited him to smell it and he refused. This indicated me that he was aware of the SAD condition. Be aware of their unprofessional scheduling. They lack judgment! Stay away from these people! Run AWAY very fast! I wouldn't be surprise if their other jumpers have parasites!
We rented from them for a bounce house. I called them when they were 30 minutes late for the delivery. They didn't arrive for another two hours (they were 2.5 hours late). The kids party was well on its way when they finally showed up. When they inflated the jumper, it was dirty. At first, they did not attempt to clean it. When my wife pointed out that it had bird poop and feathers IN the jumper, they came back and wiped it down. The outside of the jumper was dirty. They told me they would pick it up the next day. At 10 pm at night (on the day they dropped it off), they rang my door bell wanting to pick it up at 10 pm at night.
