Stayed in a yurt here with my family recently. The view was beautiful! The owner was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions about the area. Our time here was magical! Would highly recommend running away to the mountains and staying by the river with no cell service (for us with T-Mobile at least) for a few days!

Overall had a great experience at the kamp. The yurt was cozy but the beds were lumpy, but it sure beat sleeping on the ground! Plus who doesn’t love camping with a/c?! Accommodations are MUCH closer to each other than they seem in the photos and map on the website. If you’re looking for secluded camping, this isn’t the camp for you. Annette and her team were very helpful, but beware of the rotten smelling water in the showers and faucets. And be prepared for the a la carte pricing that can add up very fast!

Great place to get away from the city, the yurts there are comfy and fully equipped with some appliances, heating, electricity and beds, there is a bathroom with hot showers and toilets a few steps away from the yurts. The location is in front of the river where you can do kayaking or canoeing, a short drive from the town of Luray and the Shenandoah National Park. The owner Annette was great at accommodating us and was always reachable in case we needed something. Overall it was a great experience, just be sure to bring food and blankets if you're planning to stay during fall/winter.
